The Institute for Child Success (ICS) was launched in 2010 by PRISMA Health Children’s Hospital and The United Way of Greenville County as a research and applied policy organization dedicated to the success of all young children prenatal to age eight.

In 2022, ICS joined forces with the EC PRISM team, a group of early childhood measurement & evaluation experts, based at the University of Oregon. The EC PRISM team was incubated within the Center for Translational Neuroscience before transitioning out of the University and joining forces with ICS.

Our team spans the United States and provides expertise and support for the early childhood field in the areas of research, policy, measurement and evaluation, equity and inclusion, and innovation.
